At ATK Gaming Gear, we are committed to ensuring your setup is peak performance; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your ATK account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to ATK

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
